How Organize Tennessee collects, uses, and protects information from newsletter and volunteer-interest signups.

What this site collects
The newsletter form collects your first name, email address, and an optional Tennessee county. The volunteer-interest form collects your name, email address, county, and the role you want to explore. Each form also records when you gave consent and where on the site the form appeared.
Why it is collected
Organize Tennessee uses this information to send requested updates, send county-specific information when you provide your county, and follow up about volunteer opportunities. The site does not ask for payment information, government identification, voter-registration records, or your voting choices.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in the site’s managed database. Payment information is handled by ActBlue on its own secure service and is not collected by this site.
Your choices
You can ask to update or delete a submission, or stop email updates, by contacting info@organizetennessee.org. Emails should also include an unsubscribe option when sent through the organization’s email service.
External services
This site links to official Tennessee election services, Election Protection, Mobilize, ActBlue, and research publishers. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site.
