Organize Tennessee is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization driven to uphold safe, secure, and accessible elections for every eligible voter. We advocate for voting rights protections, build coalitions, provide legal support and prioritize grassroots organizing to eliminate barriers and empower disenfranchised Tennesseans.

Executive Director

Nadira Freeman

As Executive Director of Organize Tennessee, Nadira leads the organization's efforts in advancing civic engagement, voter education, and community mobilization across the state. She oversees strategic initiatives that drive mission-driven campaigns, fosters partnerships, and enhances OT's role as a leading resource for election protection and advocacy.

Adam Altendorf

As Organizing Director, Adam focuses on growing OT's voter protection and voter education programming. His belief in free and fair elections is central to building a government that represents Tennessee’s multicultural communities.

Deidra Harper

Deidra's passion for elevating underserved communities is demonstrated through her commitment to protecting democracy at the ballot box and amplifying the voices of the people. She is on a mission to reduce disparities and expand access in marginalized communities.
